Yoga with Tina
I took my first yoga class over twenty years ago during my first year at University. From then on I was hooked and took a variety of different yoga classes, trying various styles and participating in many workshops and retreats to deepen my knowledge.
Yoga became an essential part of my well-being, creating a foundation that led to healing, happiness, and self-knowledge. I completed my 200hrs YTT program with Allie Chisholm-Smith in Huntsville, Ontario.
Because yoga has enriched my life, I'm seeking to share the practice of yoga with others. My focus is to provide a safe space that students can learn and deepen their yoga practice. Offering Hatha style yoga, I guide people to find ways to explore and grow, and use yoga to improve other areas of their lives.

UNFOLDING: The Anti-Desk Yoga Series
Sitting at a desk for long periods of time can be detrimental to our posture, energy and our health. This series of classes will provide you with knowledge and tools that you can integrate into your day to offset these negative effects. These classes will empower you to understand how to boost your productivity while creating ease and freedom.
